2010 is the year of automation for internet marketers, and Web2Mayhem certainly will be a major contender for tools to be used to make ouor life easier.
What do I mean by Automation Tools?
Internet marketing is tiresomely difficult unless you have automation tools. Here are some of the software tools that a serious internet marketer will need to be highly effective:

There are a few software tools in the marketplace today that attempts to be a one-stop-shop for the internet marketer, and thus attempts to do all the above with one software tool. However, I have examined all of them personally, and there are pros and cons for each one.
I have both Traffic Geyser and SEnuke SEO Software. Both of them are great, and I have even created a SENuke seo training course. Both have pros and cons.
Traffic Geyser is very strong in video marketing and video submission services. The bookmarking is also very easy to use. Additionally, Traffic Geyser includes a WordPress plugin that will automatically bookmark your postings to over 23 social bookmarking sites when you make a new posting. However, Traffic Geyser is weak in article submission services (including spinning), offers no keyword research tools, and offers very little in social network submission services. Traffic Geyser also does not have account creation automation services, unless you pay an extra fee to have them do it for you. Additionally, Traffic Geyser does a lowsy job in giving you any type of URL reporting of your submissions.
SEnuke is strong where Traffic Geyser is weak. This desktop application will automatically create accounts at all the social networking, bookmarking, video sharing, and rss directory sites, and will even automatically confirm the email using pop3 server. SEnuke's strength is the social network, bookmarking, reporting of URL's, use of proxies, and article directory submission services including spinning. However, SEnuke's weakness is video submission services, it has no plugin for wordpress blogs for bookmarking, it can be labor intensive and difficult to work with because of its hard to use interface, and you cannot do submissions and work on your computer at the same time…meaning that your computer is tied up all day.
Enter Web2Mayhem….
Web2Mayhem does all that Traffic Geyser and SEnuke does, and yet more. Admittedly, it does not have the 30 plus video sharing sites that Traffic Geyser reaches out to, but it has a decent amount.

- 3 Way Link Exchange – The Link Exchange is an 3-way linking system, so that there is no reciprocol linking between your site and others in the system. Working on the same principle as the Article Feeder, site A links to site B, site B links to site C, and site C then links back to site A. Of course, there may be many more levels of indirection than just three in the system. Also unique to the linking system is the concept of the "drip", so you may start with 5 links today, and grow to 100 links over the course of a month or two. Natural backlink growth, just like the search engines expect!

In my opinion, Web2Mayhem offers some extremely good benefits. The submission services is good, but is a bit slower than SEnuke. However, Web2Mayhem also allows you to run the program in sleep mode, meaning you can work on other projects on your computer while the submitter is working. Web2Mayhem does not have a wp plugin to automatically submit your postings to bookmarking sites, but recommends you use OnlyWire's wp plugin for that, which offers a free and minimal fee paid version.
The strength of Web2Mayhem unquestionably is the inclusion of Traffic Kahuna and the Blog Network, a article spinner, 3 Way Linking, PAD Submitter, Web 2.0 Coop, and the keyword research tools.
